Management maintains a fidelity bond covering
all employees who handle and are responsible for
your Association’s money.
The
Property Manager will expend funds on behalf of
your Association within the guidelines of your
approved budget, management agreement or Board
direction.
The
Property Manager will assist the Board in preparing
its annual budget and in planning for long term
financial goals.
Ardsley Management will provide a monthly Delinquency
Report, the monthly Manager’s Report may
include recommendation of action.
